Activities and Counselling for Teens (ACT) Orillia Program  

Who is This Service For? 

• Teens and pre-teens aged 9 to 15 whose behaviour is becoming unmanageable and parents are actively seeking additional support and intervention

• Families are also involved

• Community agencies

• Family physicians

• School personnel

• Family member

How is a Referral Made? 

• Call New Path Intake Department at 705-725-7656 or, from the 905 area code in Simcoe County, call 1-866-566-7656

• Complete an intake interview

• Meet with Program Therapists

What are the Services?  

• Activity based groups for youth

• Groups for parents

• Indiviual and family counselling

• Multi-disciplinary consultation

• Service coordination with other agencies

• Referral to other community services

Is There a Cost for this Service? 

There is a fee ($125) to attend this program to help offset food and activity costs. Subsidy applications are available to any family unable to pay the full fee.
