Better Maintenance Enterprises’

New Path Ventures is pleased to announce a new venture to meet the demands of a community that expects environmentally sound and consumer friendly opportunities! The founders for this new venture are within the New Path Ventures family and part of New Path Foundation.  With an Administrative Management Team they will create “NPR Enterprises” and will move forward to engage in the establishment of this innovative/ entrepreneurial ‘social enterprise’ project.

NPR Enterprises will be formed as a custodial and general handyman company specializing in the use of products and systems that are environmentally friendly within the Simcoe County region of Ontario.

NPR Enterprises presents in-house custodial and general maintenance services that will be welcomed by clients as an alternative to high cost ‘outsourcing’. As well this venture provides an opportunity for development within the employment field offering training and employment positions from the clients who are connected with the social service agencies they serve.

NPR Enterprise’s initial focus will be serving The Common Roof in Barrie, Ontario including of course all of its existing tenants.

NPR Enterprises will commence operations at The Common Roof located at 165 Ferris Lane, Barrie, Ontario.  Like all other tenants in our building the office will now be about to be part of our mission of “shared facilities” including reception area, office space for the Division Manager, storage area for inventory, and space for training and development.

This service presents with many growth opportunities! In the near future, NPR Enterprises plans to broaden the base of their services by expanding throughout New Path’s owned and leased facilities; as well as existing tenants in their buildings.  In addition, services will be offered to other Third Sector operations within Simcoe County.

The end result of this social enterprise will encompass an environmentally sound system in the area of custodial services and provide employment opportunities to the client base we serve.  We make a difference in a world that looks for new, innovative, and entrepreneurial solutions to issues in our community.
